Why does the Meet America mission matter to them?
We would like our product to be marketed directly to the consumer so that independent cattle producers, like ourselves, all over the country can thrive by letting consumers taste for themselves how great homegrown beef truly is! It's a win-win; they get access to the best beef money can buy and we can cut out the middle man and make a profit.
What do they hope for the future of their ranch?
To be able to make a profit and eventually see my grandchildren continue in the ranching business.
Their favorite way to eat their beef:
Salt steak and place on a shallow broiler pan with a grill top. Broil T-bones in a 500-degree oven for 12 minutes per side (for a well-done steak) Serve with your favorite side. Our favorite is steak fries. We've found you don't need to do anymore. Just broil or grill it with a little salt. It's that good.
Exceptional-quality beef, locally grown and ethically sourced, is what your family deserves. At Meet America, that’s what our ranchers believe and what our process delivers.
